Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, making it easy to access public transport and explore the island. The rooms are equipped with a good-sized television and all necessary amenities, but the shower was just in the bar area. The service, led by the caring manager Marianne Jelley, was impeccable, although some staff members seemed disinterested in customer service. Dining options were not included and the location was convenient for our planned activities. However, it was a downside that it was far from the bus station.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had a good-sized TV, but the bathroom had some chipped areas. The service was a bit lacking with inconsistent attentiveness. The location was convenient, right in the center of town. However, the dining options were not included, and the overall facilities were average.
The hotel is centrally located in the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a varied snack menu. However, the lack of interest in customer service from some staff members was noticeable. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with its prime location and comfortable rooms.
